• 2 1/2 cups (625 ml) confectioners’ sugar divided
• 2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) nutmeg ground (club house)
• 1/8 tsp (0.5 ml) sea salt grinder (club house)
• 2 cups (500 ml) flour
• 2 cups (500 ml) finely chopped pecans
