• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) orange zest
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) honey
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh chives
