Ingredients

• 1 cup Hard Apple Cider (we used Ramborn Cider)
• 2 cups shredded cheddar
• 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
• ¼ tbsp cornstarch
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of cracked black pepper
• cubed bread and apples for dipping
• 1 Egg
• ¼ cup Milk
• 1 lb Ground beer (85% lean)
• 45 cloves of garlic
• ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
• 1 pinch of red pepper flakes
• 1 cup Hard Apple Cider( we used 1911 Honeycrisp Cider)
• ¼ cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar
• ½ tsp Cornstarch
• 1 end of minced garlic
• 6 fl oz Cranberry juice
• 3 fl oz Laird's Straight Applejack 86 (or comparable apple brandy)
• 2 fl oz Seltzer water
• 1 cup Ice
