- scant 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup oil (see tip)
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- scant 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Gefen Mini Chocolate Chips
- 8 Lotus cookies, broken in half
