• 300 g spinach leafs
• 2 slices Gouda Goat Cheese
• 1 red onion
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 80 ml cream cheese
• Pie crust
• 1 egg yolk
• 750 ml whole-wheat flour
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp sugar
• 375 ml Cold water
• 1 tsp cornflour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
