- ½ cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt

- ¼ cup lime juice
- ½ cup thread coconut
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 1½ tsp grated lime zest
- ¼ cup milk
- 50 grams butter
- 1½ cups icing sugar
- 2 tblsp lime juice
- toasted coconut flakes and grated lime zest to decorate, optional
