Barbeque Spiced Beef Skewers - The Field

Ingredients

• 1 litre (13⁄4 pints) natural yoghurt
• 1 tbsp dried cumin
• 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds
• 4 crushed cardamom pods
• 1.2kg (21⁄2lb) beef stewing steak, cut into 2.5cm (1in) cubes or bigger
• 1 tsp sea salt
• Black pepper
• 1 large bunch coriander
• 3 hot green chillies
• 1 tbsp honey
