Ingredients
- 1 flat iron steak (usually sold vacuum packed)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon fiesta chili powder (usually sold in the bulk spice section)
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
