Ingredients

• 4 lb. chicken wings (and/or drumsticks)
• 1 whole pineapple, sliced into ½ thick pieces
• 1 ½ cups (12oz.) Ginger Beer
• 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
• 1/2 cup of light brown sugar
• 2 limes, juiced and zested
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
• Sriracha, to taste
• 4 scallions, chopped into 1/8 inch pieces
• Sesame seeds
