• 3 cups thinly sliced onions
• 3 cups thinly sliced peppers
• 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
• 4 sub buns, split (6 inch)
• 16 slices roast beef
• 16 slices ham
• 16 slices sliced salami
• 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
