Ingredients

• 1 cup (275 ml) water, divided
• 3 packages (0.25 oz) gelatin
• 2 cups (500 ml) granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) liquid honey beehive (billy bee/)
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) seedless raspberry jam
• red food colour (club house)
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 2 cups (500 ml) icing sugar
• 1 cup (250 ml) semi-sweet chocolate chips
