Ingredients

• 8 chicken drumsticks
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 25 g ginger
• 1 stick lemongrass
• 2 ts chili spice mix (spicyness to taste)
• 50 ml soy sauce
• 40 ml rice or sugar cane vinegar
• 1 ts brown sugar
• 3 bay leaves
• 1 ts black peppercorns
• 50 ml water
