• 8 drumsticks
• 5 cloves of chopped garlic
• 1 thumb size ginger, chopped
• 1 small chopped onion
• 1/4 cup of soy sauce
• 2 tbsp of white vinegar
• 1 1/2 cups of water
• 1 tsp of sugar
• pepper to taste
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 spring onion for garnish
