Ingredients: 2 potatoes finely cubed; 1 egg and 1 teaspoon baking powder whisk till fluffy; 1 cup cake flour; 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala; ½ teaspoon coriander powder; ½ teaspoon cumin powder; ¼ teaspoon tumeric; ½ teaspoon chilli powder; 1 teaspoon salt; Add potatoes and mix. Add chopped coriander leaves and spring onion. Fry in medium hot oil. Serve with your favorite chutney.
