• 8 oz 225 g Spaghetti, broken into thirds

• 4 Large eggs, fork-beaten
• 1 cup 250mL Ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup 125mL Milk
• 1/2 cup 125mL Thinly sliced roasted red peppers
• 1/4 cup 60mL Sliced green onion
• 1/2 tsp 2mL Salt
• 1/2 cup 125mL Grated mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup 60mL Grated Parmesan cheese
