Everything Bagel White Cheddar Stuffed Pretzel Bites - A Duck's Oven
This recipe combines three of our favorite things: bread, white cheddar cheese, and Everything Bagel Seasoning to make the best pretzel bite appetizers.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup warm water (110 degrees F)
- 1½ tsp instant active yeast
- 2½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 cups + 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cubed sharp white cheddar cheese
- 6 cups water
- ½ cup baking soda
- 1 egg
