- 1 cup Glicks Flour
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1/2 cup oil or unrefined coconut oil, such as Heaven & Earth
- 6 eggs
- 2 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice plus 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice plus 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- 1/2 cup Glicks Flour
- Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
