Ingredients

• 4 pork chops
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup Golden Marmalade or other marmalade
• 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• 2 spring onions thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 1 tsp finely grated orange zest
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp honey
• (optional) a pinch of chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp neutral oil
