- 1/2 cup Gefen Honey
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins and/or Glicks Chocolate Chips
