Ingredients

• 1/3 cup good-quality tahini
• 2-4 tbsp cold water (or more if needed)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 3/4 tsp sea salt
• 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 15oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
