• 450g of pizza dough, store-bought or homemade, your choice
• Thin slices of beef, 225g (try ribeye or flank steak)
• One small onion, sliced as thin as you can get it
• Half of a red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• Half of a green bell pepper, sliced thinly
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil for cooking
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• Worcestershire sauce, about 1 teaspoon
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon, or to taste)
• Shredded mozzarella, 150g
• 50g of shredded provolone cheese
• Optional: 25g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing
• Sprinkle of Italian seasoning, about 1 teaspoon
