Pulled pork is always a favourite, its so versatile and just plain tasty! These sliders were hugely popular at this years BaconFest, they always are, so we thought we would share how we do them so...
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg SunPork Fresh Foods Collar Butt
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 100g purple cabbage shredded
- 100g green cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 4 dinner rolls
