Ingredients

• 1 bacon rasher finely chopped
• 2 spring onions (green shallots) finely chopped
• 220gm can red salmon, drained
• 1/4 cup grated tasty cheese
• 1 Tbs mayo
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 packets of puff pastry boats (or you can use 2 muffin tins and some frozen puff pastry and make your own)
• 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
