• Zest of 1 lime
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 cup oil
• Splash of Sauvignon Blanc (optional)
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts - pounded to even thickness
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1/3 cup red onion, diced
• 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
• 1 avocado
• Cilantro, roughly chopped
• Salt to taste
• 6 corn tortillas (taco-sized)
