• 2 cups thinly sliced red bell pepper
• 2 cups thinly sliced red onion
• 12 corn tortillas
• 4 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
• 6 tomatillos
• 2 jalapeños
• cilantro
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 large white onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup water
