Kfc Style Chicken Wraps recipe by Romana Mustafa

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 teasp baking powder
• 2 teasp sugar
• ¼ teasp fine salt
• Add
• 3 full tablespoon butter/oil
• 1 cup hot water or until makes a roti dough
• 1 tablespoon ground garlic
• 1 tablespoon ground ginger (optional)
• Salt, Pepper
• Aromat (a South African Spice)
• Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon chicken spice
• 2 tablespoons Nandos sauce lemon and herb
• 2 tablespoons nandos garlic mild sauce (can be any other you have)
• 1 tablespoon Mustard
• Add 2 tablespoon cornflour and mix.
• 1.wheat flour
• 2.beaten egg
• 3.mixture of Doritos (blue pckt) and Breadcrumbs or cornflake crumbs
