Mom’s Cornbread with Honey Butter | Dan Pelosi aka GrossyPelosi

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour*
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk**
• ½ stick of unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Sea salt
• Note: Add a pint of blueberries or raspberries for a really good time!
