Ingredients

• 2 kg Sadia Boneless Chicken Leg (1 pack), cut into chunks
• 2 onions, sliced
• 6 cloves garlic, peeled
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp dijon mustard
• 600ml chicken stock
• 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 50ml heavy cream
• 400g self raising flour
• 200g butter
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 200ml water
• 50g grated parmesan
• 25ml Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley
