• 4 cups nuts (try 1 cup each of pecans, hazelnuts, almonds and cashews)
• 1 cup seeds (optional)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
• 1/4 tsp ground fennel
• pinch ground cloves (2-3 cloves)
• 2 tsp oil
• 60 g agave or other syrup
• 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
