Oya's Cuisine - Hummus With Zucchini

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 cloves of garlic , minced
• 2 zucchinis , chopped
• 1,5 cup pinto beans, boiled, rinsed and drained
• juice of 1-2 lemon
• 1/2 cup tahini
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
