- 500g Steak fillets cut into pieces
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 green chillies sliced
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon whole peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon mayonaise
- 3 tablespoon sour milk
- 3 tablespoon ground tomato
- 1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
- 1 tablespoon chicken spice
- 1 tablespoon bbq/peri peri spice
- Add in steak and cook till done..dont burn out
