- Kuttee lal mirch 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder 1 tsp
- Haldi 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder a pinch
- Whole clove (3) black pepper (2)
- A pinch of nutmeg and mace grinded
- A pinch of kasuri methi
- Oil for frying
