Ingredients

• Mr Chen’s vermicelli noodles
• 1 carrot, julienned
• ½ wombok, sliced
• ½ red onion, sliced
• ¼ cucumber, cut in small pieces
• Handful of edamame
• 2 spring onions, sliced
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp Mr Chen’s Rice Wine Vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 red chilli, chopped
