Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (250g), divided
• 1 package instant yeast (8g)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup warm water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 lb lean ground beef
• 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or use your favorite!)
• Shredded lettuce, sliced dill pickles, and tomatoes for garnish, as desired
