Ingredients

• 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 large White onion
• 3 clove(s) Garlic
• 1 can(s) (16 oz) Diced tomatoes, low sodium, canned
• 1 can (14oz) Lentils, canned
• 2 medium potato Sweet potato
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 dash Black pepper
• 1 pinch Sea Salt
• 1500 ml Water, filtered
• 1/2 bunch Kale
