Ingredients

• Creamy kingklip
• 1 box kingklip from @woolworths_sa
• 150-200g butter
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• Freshly ground coriander leaves
• Grounded green chilli to taste
• Freshly ground pepper
• Salt to taste
• 4 tablespoons fresh cream
• 4 tablespoons Nola creamy mayonnaise
• 4 salmon fillets @woolworths_sa
• 1 teaspoon ground garlic
• ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• Lemon and parsley sauce
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• Crushed black pepper
• 2 tablespoons fresh cream
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
• Adjust seasoning
