Ingredients

• ½ cup olive oil
• ½ cup Tree Hive syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

• ½ tsp fine sea or table salt
• 1 cup zucchini, grated, packed
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup dried cranberries, chopped
• ¾ cup pecans, chopped
