We prefer Raos marinara.; 1 14oz can of crushed or petite diced tomatoes; 2 T tomato paste; 2 tsp balsamic vinegar; 1 1/2 tsp sugar; 1 T dried basil; 1 tsp each of parsley, oregano, salt &amp; pepper; 1 bay leaf; 10 uncooked lasagna noodles broken into 1 inch pieces; 1/2 cup heavy cream, optional*; Shredded mozzarella cheese, optional for topping*; Ricotta Cheese, optional for topping*
