• 8 frenched chicken legs
• 1/2 cup verjuice
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 4 yellow peaches, stones removed, quartered
• 100 gram baby rocket
• 1 radicchio, torn in pieces
• 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• baby sorrel leaves to serve
• Blue cheese dressing
• 150 gram blue cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
