• 1 1/2 cups Dried black beans Rinsed and soaked overnight
• 1 cup Mild Salsa
• 2 Bay leaves
• 1 medium Yellow onion
• 1 1/2 cups Red bell pepper
• 1 tablespoon Cumin
• 1 tablespoon Oregano
• 4 cups Water or Vegetable Broth
• 2 tablespoons Olive oil
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
