Ingredients

• 1 tsp NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• ½ cup red onion, diced
• ½ cup carrots, cubed
• ½ cup butternut, cubed
• ½ cup sweet potato, cubed

• 30ml NOMU Chicken or Vegetable STOCK, dissolved in 400ml hot water
• ½ cup peas
• 1 roll frozen puff pastry
• ½ cup mozzarella, grated
• 1 egg, beaten
