Apple cake with chocolate / marcipan recipe

• 1 tsp Vanilla sugar

• 2 tsp Lemon juice. freshly squeezed
• 2 tsp Lemon peel
• 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
• 200 g Cream cheese, plain
• 200 g Dark chocolate 44%
• 200 g Pure raw marzipan
• 275 g Wheat flour
• 3 Eggs
• 300 g Brown sugar
• 50 g Icing sugar
• 6 Apples
