• 88 ROLO® Creamy Caramels in Chocolate Candy, divided
• 1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks), softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 12 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
• 4 1/2 tsps heavy cream
• 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
• 2 Tbsps sugar
• 1 tub frozen whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
