- 3 spring onions of 1/2 a red onion
- 1 cup of salad greens
- Dressing:
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml dash of soy sauce
- 1T honey
- 40ml olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 5 drops (!) roasted sesame oil
