Ingredients
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage link (I prefer Premio's brand, or Cifelli's)
- 1 (16 ounce) box penne pasta
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 (24 ounce) jars marinara sauce, the plainer the better
- 1 cup pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt, to taste
