Apple, Walnuts and Lettuce Salad – Infraovens Culinary

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp sherry vinegar or champagne vinegar
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 small garlic clove, minced
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp walnut oil
• 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 45 cups chopped lettuce like endive or escarole, and radicchio
• 2 apple, diced (about ¼-inch)
• ½ cup walnuts, chopped
• ½ cup feta or blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
• ¼ cup mixed parsley, chives, and tarragon, chopped
