- Cumin seeds : 1 pinch
- Whole coriander seeds : 1 tsp
- Onion paste : 2 onion
- Chopped garlic : 2 tsp
- Chopped green chillies : 2
- Ginger juliennes : ½ knot
- Pureed tomatoes : 3
- Salt : to taste
- Meat masala: 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
- Turmeric : 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder : 1 tbsp
- Red chilli paste : 2 tbsp
-  Fresh cream : 2 tbsp
- Butter : 1 cube
- Chopped methi : 1 bunch
- Cubed paneer : 400 g
