- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 3 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 3 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 tsp Green Coriander (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2/3 tsp Mace Powder
- 1 cup Oil for Frying
- 1/2 tsp Saffron
- Salt: to taste
- 3 drops Vetivier
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 1/3 tsp Yellow Chilli Powder
- 4 tbsp Sesame Seeds
