Peach Mango Salsa - Urban Vivant

Ingredients

• 2 large tomatoes, pureed
• 1-2 C chopped tomatoes
• ¾ C peeled peach, diced
• ½ C red onion
• ½ C sweet yellow (or red) bell pepper
• ½ C peeled mango, diced
• 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
• 3 green onions, chopped
• garlic to taste
• 1 ½ t lime juice
• ½ t cilantro
• cumin, salt and pepper to taste
