Ingredients

• 4 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced

• 1/4 cup brandy (optional substitute for rum)
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
